Many bridging lenders currently offer pretty low maximum loan to gross development values, however our new lender offers a market leading 70% of GDV.

What's more, there is no premium pricing for any agreed facility, costs are in line with commercial bridging lenders with interest rolled up to the maximum within the facility. Equity can be used as your input rather than cash.

Target Developments for Bridging Finance

Developments considered for funding are refurbishments, conversions and new build.

Initial target loan size is in the £100k to £700k range in the south of England.

Our new lender now has all their back office systems in place.

Our first finance deal with a builder in Sussex (£160k) is just about complete, just waiting the removal of a covenant and then it's job done. With other deals in the pipeline, this property development finance product is already proving popular!
